Maddy Bagnell, LMT

Maddy Bagnell is a licensed massage therapist with a passion for providing compassionate, client-centered care. A graduate of the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage, she gained valuable hands-on experience working with the Washington Commanders during the 2024 season, supporting players’ recovery and performance through therapeutic massage.

Maddy is dedicated to helping each client feel their best—body and mind—through personalized care and a whole-health approach. She’s always eager to learn and expand her skill set to better serve those on their wellness journey.

Outside the treatment room, Maddy enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors with her husband and two step kids, and making memories with friends and family.
