Jeffrey Horton is a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of experience in Virginia. He is a graduate of Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage and has dedicated his career to helping clients of all ages and health backgrounds achieve optimal well-being.
With a comprehensive skill set encompassing various modalities (Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Medical, Integreated, Orthopedic and more!), Jeff is committed to tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of his clients. Through effective communication, thorough assessments, and customized treatment plans, he addresses a wide range of conditions including chronic pain, muscular ailments, injury prevention and post-surgical recovery.
Maddy Bagnell
LMT
Maddy is a licensed massage therapist with a passion for providing compassionate, client-centered care. A graduate of the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage, she gained valuable hands-on experience working with the Washington Commanders during the 2024 season, supporting players’ recovery and performance through therapeutic massage. Maddy is a Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist (CMLDT). Maddy specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage, Medical Massage, Swedish Massage, Himalayan Salt Stones, and more!
Outside the treatment room, Maddy enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors with her husband and two step kids, and making memories with friends and family.
Joanne Brunetto
BCMT / LMT
Joanne Brunetto is Board Certified and licensed in Virginia. She is passionate about Medical Reflexology and has completed 100 hours and 19 case studies to graduate from the International Academy of Medical Reflexology. She has also studied Orthopedic/Myoskeletal alignment under Erik Dalton and Advanced orthopedic/Integrated massage under James Waslaski.
Joanne can blend her knowledge and expertise in these modalities to create a relaxing, therapeutic massage custom tailored just for you!
Giovanna Garcia
LMT
Gia is a licensed massage therapist with over 3 years experience. She graduated from AMBI Massage School in 2021. Gia really listens to her clients and tailors each session to fit their needs. She enjoys the ability to help people and never stops learning new techniques to better care for her clients. Giovanna specializes in Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Cupping, Himalayan Salt Stones, and Swedish Massage.
Gia is fluent in English and Spanish. She has 2 cats that she loves very much even though she is constantly cleaning up after them.
Alejandra Rodriguez-Hernandez
LMT
Alejandra received her training at AMBI Massage School in 2017. She earned Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy from Arturo Michelena University in Venezuela in 2012. She is a licened massage therapist.
Her specialties include Neuromuscular Therapy and Medical Massage for the treatment of postural distortions, dysfunctional body mechanics, soft tissue injuries as well as for chronic pain relief.
Other modalities she provides are Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral, Prenatal Massage, and Swedish Massage.
