Clients should consult their healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions or concerns that may affect their ability to receive massage therapy.
3. Client Health Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their health history, medical conditions, injuries, medications, and other factors that may affect their massage therapy sessions.
Clients should notify their massage therapist of any physical, mental, or emotional changes that may affect treatment, including changes occurring during a session or before subsequent appointments.

4. Consent to Massage Therapy

Clients may communicate discomfort, request adjustments to techniques or pressure, or ask to stop a session at any time.

6. Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Medical Massage Specialties requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments without notice, will be charged 100% of the scheduled session price.
Clients are encouraged to notify Medical Massage Specialties as soon as possible if they are unable to attend a scheduled appointment.
7. Payment Policy
Medical Massage Specialties requires a valid credit card or another accepted form of payment to be kept on file to cover missed appointments and applicable cancellation fees.
Payment information is maintained through the business's designated payment processing system.
Applicable cancellation or no-show charges are assessed in accordance with the appointment cancellation policy.
8. Professional Conduct
Medical Massage Specialties is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
Clients and massage therapists are expected to maintain appropriate professional boundaries. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of others will not be tolerated.
