Gia is amazing - I’m so grateful for her knowledge and expertise and her professionalism. She gave me hope that I’m going to be able to recuperate from my surgery in late August and Gia has been helping me with my painful shoulder.
Jeff did a great job working the injured areas of my shoulder. Joint now feels much looser and released. Worked carefully around the injury to ensure minimal discomfort while still digging deep into the shoulder structure. Wonderful addition to my recovery plan!

As always, Gia is the best. She's so patient and kind and listens to my body as well as the feedback I give her. She has been consistently good over all of my visits and remembers my trouble spots and checks in on how I'm doing, doesn't just jump into the appointment assuming I have the same issues as a month ago.

I have been getting massages over 20 years, usually every month. Joanne had some techniques that were new to me. She provided some great stretches that relieved the tension in my neck while carefully working around a recent back injury. She respected my requests and anxieties. Thanks so much!!

Michele was very attentive and checked in with me to make sure explain methodology and make sure I was comfortable and getting results. I appreciated the integrative approach and level of care. So happy you all are open again. My regular massages aren’t a luxury - they’re a necessity for my physical and mental health so that I can keep doing what I’m doing every day!!
